Hampton Inn Richland-Tri Cities

The room was modern and spotless, we had a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator. We had river view. The venue's position was central.

We found the on-site store convenient. Staff was very helpful. Facilities are up-to-date and well-maintained. Nice view at breakfast, and a nice selection of food.

The A/C was weird. Instead of an "auto" feature that would maintain a constant room temperature, or would provide ventilation only, the thermostat had to be set to either heat or cool. In a transitional season, this was difficult to predict.

Staff left a note to ensure linen and bedding was clean which was AWESOME.

Everything, our room was wonderful, we loved the privacy...the balcony view. Breakfast was very nice, food was flavorful and the variety each morning was great!

no in house restaurant/room service. Sometimes all you want is a hot fudge sunday.

Bed was comfortable, but the heater air conditioner was noisy.

24 hour pool, location was great, rooms on the river side have a nice view.

Lots of kids running around constantly. The main issue is that the soundproofing of the rooms is really bad, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. We had to change our room after the first night because there were kids above us running around until 2am.

Thoroughly enjoyed courteous and very polite staff and reasonably large hotel.

It was a great stay for the celebration of our 25th anniversary. The rooms were modern and spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds. The pool was well-maintained and we had refreshing drinks in the coffee bar. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from Crehst Museum.

Beautiful property, I loved it all. The staff was great with my young child and I enjoyed my stay. The waffle bar was awesome.

The breakfast was difficult to enjoy for my dietary limitations. Not enough choices for gluten free diet. I also would have liked more variety.

We were there to watch the lighted boat parade,and we had invited my mother come watch with us. We were out on the balcony and the people next door to us were smoking. We do not smoke so this was bothering us all, a few minutes went by and two hotel employees came outside and told the people next to us that there was no smoking within 20 feet of the hotel. It wasn't requested but much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the fine river view from our room and the outdoor dining area by the water. The indoor pool was perfect for our late-night swim, and the hot tub offered a nice relaxation break. The air conditioning was a bit loud, but it didn't bother our sleep too much-definitely get a river room if you can 🌊
